Today was so much fun! We tried to make the last day of Daddy day care really fun. We all went go carting. Rayce had a blast. I have always been the one that wanted to drive and be the kid but, today I found myself just wanting to stand and watch the younger ones have fun. (does this mean I am getting old?) We had such a great time watching them have fun.

The Masterpiece

Saturday night was our Boy Scout cake auction and soup dinner. I got this great idea, since I am a leader that I to should make a cake. ( I am a stay at home Dad and all) ha ha!! This cake only took me about 2.5 days to make. Between watching my boys and one of Rayses friend on Friday.and trying to keep the house up to par! Anyway my cake was not just any plain cake it was filled with strawberries. I always have to make things a little harder on my self than I think it will be. I guess that is what makes it fun. My cake was sold for the most( not that I am bragging or any thing). I am starting to get a little sad cause Daddy Day Care is almost over. I start back to work this week.:(

Yesterday I went to the Dr. for my shoulder. He told me to take off the sling and to go back to WORK. I never thought that I would want to stay at home but, I am sure that I could be a stay at home Dad. It has been so much fun spending time at home with the family. I love being at home when the boys wake up . That is the best part of the day. I sure will miss being able to take Rayce to school. Watching him get so excited to go and come makes me laugh. Being at home to watch Madden grow has really made me think how fast time goes by. I know that I most defiantly appreciate the time that we did get to spend together. I might evan miss the house work too.

Halloween was a lot of fun for the boys.Rayce was a was one of the Backyardigans, Ryan a pilot and Madden was a cow. They started off strong but after the first street they both wanted in the stroller. There was so many kids out but,not very many houses had there lights on.
